What are the different types of leather?
Each product featured on our online store mentions the type of leather it is made from. Briefly, the main types featured are genuine leather and PU leather.
Some of our products make mention of 'Crazy Horse Leather'. Crazy horse leather includes the application of a special type of wax to the full grain leather. Due to this process, you will find that contact with the surface of the leather will change its tone and appearance. This can add to the antique and aged look of the leather in a shorter span of time.

Why does my final checkout screen show my purchase total in $NZD?
Due to our payment processing system, your final order amount immediately prior to purchasing will be shown in $NZD. This is simply a conversion from your chosen currency to $NZD.
Please note that when shopping, you are able to select from some of the world's major currencies by selecting from the drop down list at the top of your screen. The product price and checkout total will be shown in your chosen currency, all up the final screen. The final $NZD figure mentioned as the last confirmation step is simply a currency conversion from your chosen currency.
After I place my order, how long until I can expect to receive it?
We would suggest you normally approximately three (3) weeks for delivery of your goods. This time can vary depending on shipping schedules, and should be used as a guide only. Delivery time may also vary depending upon when your order is placed. Peak times throughout the year, such as holiday seasons and Christmas for example, should be taken into account.
Whilst we do our utmost to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we do not take responsibility for delays for items in transit, which are unfortunately out of our control.
How do I track my order?
Shortly after placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email that we have received your order and it is being processed. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will be issued a tracking number, which will be emailed to you.

What about import taxes and tariffs?
